Our new incoming team is here to answer all your incoming marketing calls!
Our team will answer the calls and take care of everything for you. They will complete the seller property information sheet, buyer sheet, schedule appointments, take tenant and potential tenant calls, or whatever you need calls answered for.
Other call center companies answer live, but only obtain basic information leaving a second person to play phone tag to get the rest of the information. Stop playing phone tag! We will take care of them on the initial incoming call or return the call during business hours.

No need to worry about foreign accents, language barriers or cultural differences and no need to train! All our virtual assistants are trained to handle buyer, seller and tenant calls as well scheduling appointments!
Calls are answered live (or immediately returnedifmissed or if call is from after hours)
9am–9pm Monday - Friday / 10am-6pm Saturday / 12pm-6pm Sunday (local time to you).
After hour calls will be returned the following business day.
We'll Answer Calls from- Tenants, Buyers, Signs, Yellow Letters, Postcards, Websites, Online Marketing, etc. and then complete appropriate information sheet or request form.
$65 per week - Includes first 1 hour of calls AND 1-2 designated incoming local phone numbers for your marketing needs (buyer line & seller line or whatever line(s) you need)
*Additional time is billed at standard rate of $0.36 per minute
